Win9 seems to have been offline for >10 mins

IIS went down for about that time, I am checking with support on why/what they did.

The odd thing is that it did the same thing, dropping for about 8 minutes at the same time a few days back.

I am going to check scheduled tasks and see if something is running to cause this.

Edit: nevermind, that drop the other day was me rebooting! DOH! The time was not exact, it was just close.
