IIS is hanging up on WINCF and WINCF4, we are checking them both.
We are doing a reboot on them both now.
WINCF is up, it also rebooted about 1-2 min before wincf4.
ok there seems to possibly be some issue on the node as just after wincf came up, the entire node went down on network, We are checking for any sign of attack or problems on WINCF network now.
Not seeing anything extremely high anywhere on network and the node level is up slightly over normal (even with wincf4 still down at moment we are checking that too), but that should not impact greatly all 3 servers on it (wincf/wincf3/wincf4 are on this node)
WINCF seems stable now, wincf4 is booting and should be up in the next 10 minutes or so.
WINCF4 is now UP - resolved all.
WINCF4 iis is acting up again, very weird issue here, may end up moving it to another node if this continues.
Moving WinCF4 over to a 2012 node where we can work on it some more now.
Files started moving quickly, but slowed a lot, we are probably looking at 1-1.5 hours before server is up again at this point.
Just a note, WINCF is running fine right now, this is only WINCF4 that is impacted at this time.

Not sure why the speed of copy fell off a cliff there, but have a feeling it may be something to do with the slowness of the server when it was on as well.
File are done copying working to bring it up now on new node.
Ping is up, server is up on console, IIS not yet, logging in to check that aspect.
and now IIS is also alive on it.
