wincf is down now for 48 minutes and no announcement or update. What is happening??(
Major miscommunication 
I left to work on MSSQL4 server and they thought I was working on WinCF. This is totally my fault as I said for them no to restart services but was talking about MSSQL4 not WinCF(which we had talked about for a while as well)
MSSQL4 being down is causing some page hangs on WinCF is part of the reason for this as well.
Please fill me in as to what the issue is/was, clients are fuming. My ears are getting hot.
