Issue found, a xml runtime file is 0KB in size, we are working to get from backups, as the BAK file is also 0KB now.

Fixed with restore of xml file and restart of service.

It may be a little slower now as part of the process in debugging I cleared all the template cache and class cache. It will build up in the next 20-30 min and be better.

Running better now, the class cache was really bogging it down in rebuilding.
