The last status-update post was 6:07 am and it’s now 8:11 am. I have customers complaining that their sites are down. What can I tell them? Is there an ETA?

really sorry about this, we never expected this to happen on what was a standard and proper reboot 
It looks to have moved to another mode within the same scan stage 3, and it is going much slower now, finding less to work on so not updating us as often.
the scan is taking longer than I’d like but there are over 5.5 million files it is having to sort through as well…
