wincf vvveeerrryy slow last night

Wincf was extremely slow last night at roughly 8:30. All of my sites there were timing out if they loaded anything at all. I submitted a ticket and got a response was that the server was running fine. And, there’s nothing in the network status forum about it.

What gives? The server was definitely ill. All my sites on it were down. I’ve had this problem frequently with wincf, though a less so since the hardware upgrade. Unfortunately a bunch of my sites are on that server so I notice it big time when the server hiccups.

It does not seem like CPU usage was abnormal at that time last night, and I was not working on the server at all.
I would suspect some site on the server causing this matter but it is hard to catch unless you are monitoring at the time it is slow.

Thanks Stephen. It definitely seems to be a transient problem. I must have just tried to connect at a slow time.
