Wincf3 is working slow, we are working on it.
It is fine after CF service restart now.
We are seeing some abuse on server and working on it.
The problem seems to lie in the ODBC Server, it is hung and using a large amount of memory, increasing rapidly by about 4MB every second and not killing, we are going to reboot it now.
It is up after the restart, it actually hung for a bit on the restart command as well, we are checking what may have caused this in the ODBC logs.
