Windows Sub-ftp accounts are free or not?

Supports put this “on hold”…not sure why, but the question is:

Can you confirm something for me please.
After the last h-sphere upgrade, Windows Sub-FTP Accounts were enabled to be added by the user directly by the account holder from within the control panel.
Prior to this a ticket had to be placed to create a sub-ftp account and a small one off fee of $2.00 was charged.
I recall reading in the forum at the time that sub-ftp acounts would no longer incur a charge as the user could do it themselves…although i can’t find that post just yet.

So, can you confirm the details on this page is correct? are they no longer free?

Also, to make it further clear :: After Hsphere 3.0 updates clients can himself make windows ftp through its Hsphere cp; but, in this case it use our one Hsphere license that is why he is getting charged @$0.50 per ftp per month. It is no longer free

Ah, ok, I was wondering why I was getting charged an additional per month :slight_smile: Thanks for clarifying.
