We are experiencing a network issue with the network where the WinSD server is located, we are working on this now.
Edit: Actually the datacenter operations team is working on this now, there is not much we can do at the moment.
I came here to the datacenter, but they had it resolved before I got here.
There was a peering point problem in Atlanta that was causing high latency.
