WinVPS12 is very slow in response and we are checking it out.
we shall have to reboot the hardware node for the quick fix to this.
VPSserver has been rebooted and VPS’s are coming up one by one
All VPS are up and running. Server is normal as well. There was a IP conflict on the Hardware node and one of the Virutozzo process was having a high disk i/o
