WinVPS Maintenance Window Saturday 27th 12.01 am EST - 2.30 am EST

WinVPS1, and WinVPS4 will be rebooted between 12:01 AM EST and 2:30 AM EST starting Saturday Jan 27th

This maintenance is for Virtuozzo Updates and each VPS will experience about 20 minutes down during the reboots required for this maintenance. During this time all Windows Updates will be done and a new Virtuozzo Patch installed.

WinVPS4 will have another 4 GB of RAM added. WinVPS4 will be down for about 30 -45 minutes.
WinVPS1 will have updates installed and reboot, WinVPS1 will have VPSs down for about 20 - 25 minutes.

This notice will be mailed to all WinVPS clients in the coming hours.
We will do all we can to minimize the time for the VPS restarts.

This will be happening in a little over 1.5 hours from now.

Just as a note we will start with WinVPS1 in about 30 minutes from now. After it is back up we will continue to WinVPS4 ram upgrade and software upgrades.

WinVPS1 is rebooting in 5 minutes, I am expecting to get the same license error as last time and will be on the phone with technical support to get it resolved ASAP. This may cause an added 10-15 minutes of downtime but we will get it back up as soon as we can.

No problem at all it came right up. VPSes all launching properly.

Every VPS on WinVPS1 is up and running I am going to start software updates on WinVPS4 now and then continue to RAM upgrade.
We are having to do the RAM upgrade because 4GB of the RAM installed at startup was not working properly once it was being accessed, and we are installing all new RAM to replace what has there.

WinVPS4 is being turned off for RAM upgrades now.

WinVPS4 is back up with the new RAM and most of the VPSes inside it are as well.

WinVPS4 is all up now.
