winvps spf questions

Wanting to add spf records on my win vps.
do I just need the one entry like
<.domain>
for the spf record string enter “v=spf1 a mx ~all”

or should I also have some additional entries eg
create an additional txt record

enter mail in the text box preceeding the . entry
and enter “v=spf1 a -all” for the spf record string

or does the default spf string v=spf1 a +all cover all bases?

I’d recommend using the pobox spf wizard to set it up.

Thats where I got the strings in the post from. Just wasnt sure whether 1 spf entry was sufficient in the dns settings or if I should have some additional ones which was how I read it on the pobos site but wasnt sure if that was the case.
