A client has locked up their VPS by rebooting when out of memory. The only resolution for such a condition is a reboot of the hardware node.
This reboot will cause about a 8-10 minute scheduled maintenance time.

Please help us prevent such situations by reading the following notice that is on our forums and included in the welcome email:

If your VPS is low on RAM do NOT reboot the VPS, come to us and ask for assistance or close/restart an application, rebooting will not help anyone and will cause need for a node reboot.

the server is back up and VPSes are starting.

All VPSes are now launched, it looks like two are start starting processes they will be done within the next 2 minutes or less.

All processes were launched about 1 minute after the last post. maintenance complete.
