WinVPS21 has a locked VPS (not client VPS yet, it went locked before client turnover) due to a problem in the VPS install. We will reboot it at 9:30EST to resolve the problem, VPSes will be down 5-10 minutes.
This will be rebooting in about 1-2 minutes time.
The server has rebooted and VPSes are launching.
All up and running for quite some time now.
