WinVPS28 - network issue - resolved

We are checking winvps28, there is a network(possibly hardware) level issue that we are trying to resolve.

We have a tech enroute to check it, ETA to datacenter is 45 minutes.

Tech is there and it looks like a low level windows driver issue actually, we are working to fix it.

All up now for the last 10 minutes or so just checking everything out to ensure good.
