After a long time with no WinVPS issues it is hitting us all at once today!
Rebooting WinVPS39 now for a similar matter as winVPS38.
Forgot to update, all is up (and on WinVPS38 reboot was already done and VPSes already loading, was finished shortly after post about it.)
