We are checking it, it seems a user is abusing the server and causing a slowdown.

Resolved, one client is being mailed about a single application causing major slowdowns on the whole server. It was not CPU bound, as CPU was only 20% total usage for the application.

Someone’s VPS was hacked and caused this to happen. We will be tracing it and reporting.
