With the recent attacks on WordPress sites, I was just wondering if anyone uses any of the Security Plugins that have been created for WordPress. Do they work? Which do you use?
I’ve looked at BulletProof Security and WordFence.
Any comments/suggestions are appreciated.
You can use “Limit Login Attempts” plugin, It seems to be quite effective.
Do these plugins work with the new Jodo security measures?
As i know few users already using it.
They work yes, some of them still add load to MySQL and if such massive brute force again may still make slowdowns, but they do help prevent unauthorized access in general which is good!
