Do JodoHost servers support WordPress MultiSite installations?
Yes it should work, if you need the subomain based with wildcard entry you will need a dedicated IP for this to function, which will require an SSL cert(which is not a bad idea these days anyway)
On Linux, without dedicated IP, you can try this by adding the other domains using the ‘Domain Alias’ feature:
