Guys…
Why am I getting two emails a week saying my WinVPS account is overdue. I have provided payment info SEVEN time to you guys, you credit my account and then the next week it shows a negitive balance AGAIN!!!
I understand things happen but SEVEN FREAKIN’ TIMES IN ONE MONTH!!!
Could someone with some authority step up and please see that this is corrected!

Hello Mike,
I have checked and see a 0 balance. Hsphere should not be sending you notice. However, even if it suspended your VPS would not go down, as they are not tied, so don’t worry there. I know its annoying and will have Tanmaya to check why it keeps telling you a balance even when it doesn’t have one, very odd. (we both aren’t billing, but the issues doesn’t seem to be billing)
Thanks buddy! I really appreciate it! I just don’t understand why I keep getting them. I know I didn’t pay the first month through hsphere but even after they correct it it keeps going back to -69.95 and sending me emails.. weird! I figured the billing guys would be mumbling my paypal transaction ID in their sleep by now!
