http://www.soundservers.com throws 500 Server Error.
http://dev.soundservers.com is just fine.
cp, webshell, all work fine but www hasn’t worked since I signed up for the reseller account.
I submitted a ticket the other morning but no response. My reseller account is under soundservers.
As always, cold fusion sites go on Win2. Give us the account ID of the account this site is hosted in, and we’ll shift it ASAP.

Is there something special I need to do when signing up a CF site? Do I need to notify you, or is there a way to make sure it get’s to the right place on my own?

You’ll have to contact us. You can consider this as setup time on cold fusion accounts 
Putting cold fusion on all servers is expensive and useless. It takes so much RAM and only 1% of the sites use it. The same thing we are doing with MS SQL if you have noticed. We now have separate cold fusion and mssql servers
We’re hoping that sometime in the near future, resellers could chose between server groups when they are activating accounts.
