I haven’t had this issue before. Why doesn’t the website address with the www in front of it work? All it does is take me to a screen with the Web Utilities on it.
Works fine for me - both urls go to the same location.
Perhaps and issue of caching on your ISPs DNS servers - they may have not propogated/updated at the same time. (especially if there was a change at a recent point). Give it a bit and it should resolve.
I went in and deleted the www. alias and then added it back (kinda like turning off a computer to fix a bug - the bug goes away when you turn it back on).
No probs - thats my sense of timing - always just a little too late… just thought I’d mention the dns cache as I’ve had it happen to me when changing an account to from one host to another - the more commonly used one (www) would remain cached in the ISPs DNS server while the lesser used one would (non WWW) would get updated.
