XML files

Is it possiable to get the XML files exported, so that after I configure my CP and packages I can have a backup of the config just in case something really bad happens?

Do you mean the Hsphere XML files?

I will have to speak with the unix admin to see if it is possible to just export these files or not.

Please open a ticket once you have configured your accounts. We will then get extract these XMLs for you. However their import maynot be clean at all times.
