zone taken, too much time for support to fix it

Hello,
While I was creating an account for a new client, HSphere hanged! I got no response for over 5 min.

I tried to create the user account again, but it said “Can’t add domain, Zone already taken”.

Sure the zone is taken by nobody but the hanged account that wan’t created successfully.

This issue is that I’ve a ticket [RS #LST-12025-439] more than 36 hours now and JodoHost technical support failed to resolve the issue or add the domain. Live support is unhelpful at all regarding the issue

I can’t find any reason for my new client why the site is not up till now!?(

Hello,

This happens at times yes, and it takes an effort to fix, it is normally done within 12-24 hours but sometimes can take longer. I will ensure ticket is handled in next 12 hours if not already.
