I posted these two questions in another thread but failed to receive a response, so try here:

I just received emails with transfer information to new servers.

Q1) I received an email about one of the four domains I host, what happens to the others, do I change their DNS as well, when?

Q2) Do we have to transfer the files from our old server to the new server ourselves? If so how can we use the same database, which for a database driven site is essential otherwise some information might get lost in the transfer.

If you didn't initiate the transfer process then we are carrying it out at the moment. I'm not sure of the status of your transfer. Log into your new CP and check if all your domains are there and if the files are all in place (through WebShell). If so, you can change your domain's DNS settings. If not, you can either open a ticket or wait

For the databases, you'll have to create them in the CP and ask us to shift them (giving us full details about both the databases)
