Hi Stephen,

Im getting this error when im trying to upload a file trhough ftp:

426 Connection closed; transfer aborted.

Ive checked the disk quota, and it seems to be all right.

You checked disk quota, did you check the FTP quota, it can be different than the disk quota, and is quite confusing.

Ive tried modifying "Ftp user traffic Settings" and "Ftp traffic Settings" to 2500, in plan resources link, but without success.

Can you tell me where I can change the ftp disk quota?

Login to the user control panel, go to FTP USER, then it will have disk limits here in this section. Bandwidth controls are overall.

I can't check the account to tell you directly if this is the issue or not, but if you can submit a ticket I or another tech can assist in this.
 
Ticken open: GHV-11560-409, because I was unable to fix this, even with this in ftp user quota:

"642.6 MB used out of 2500 MB in unlimited files Click to change quota."
