Access to Proxy users

Hello,

We have a client that is not being able to access the mail server using Outlook.
They are behind a Proxy. Their company policy, apparently have to have this proxy installed locally.

Any chance of them accessing mail via Outlook?
We've tried everything I could imagine.

Any ideas?
