Account and billing problem.

At one point I decided to switch my hosting company because I didn't need windows hosting anymore. Since then I sent 3 cancellation forms, and 2 support emails to JodoHost and my account is still not deleted. Now the balance on my account shows 20.85, and I considered going back to JodoHost but as I did not use the account for almost 3 months I would have to pay alsmot 21 to keep the account alive, and if I did go back I don't really intend to pay for something I did not use. What can I do in that situation? Would it be possible to delete my account so I can set up another one or something?
 
Billing has deleted your old account. You need not have to pay.
 
Yes its done. Thank you. Now all I have to do I wait for my new account to be activated :).
