account still suspended

I haven't received billing statements in my email lately, so I forgot about paying for the last 2 months and they finally suspended my account. I would have paid of course if i got the statements... but i never received them. Anyway, I just paid the money for the 2 months and my site is still suspended. Can you please help me out? thanks

Account is resumed now. Please take care of your billing period to avoid suspension of account.

We allow 12 days of debit period before account suspension. You should have contacted billing at billing @ jodohost.com, as you made payments.
 
Invoices are always sent out. Please check if your billing address is correct. Multiple reminders are also sent to pay after due date.

To avoid such issues, I recommend you switch to Credit Card billing. Your card would automatically be charged on due date
