Account Suspended

    I have cancelled my account, or at least I thought I did. But I am trying to create a new account now, and it is saying my domain name is already in use.

    I checked my past emails and there is one that says that I owed $6.95 past due from a long time ago and you will sue me to get the money. Why can you sue me for $6.95, my account should have been cancelled but I probably didnt get that annoying cancel confirm email. It always goes to spam.

    Now I can't create a new account either.

    You will need to email billing to resolve this, cancel confirmation is a standard process now for years as we've had a number of people try to fraudulently cancel accounts of competitors etc.

    This account is already suspended since October. The email from billing says you are going to sue me to collect $6.95.

    I don't know anything about it, nor will most here, it will have to be handled via email to billing. I don't send/get/have copies of any may to/from billing nor do any technical support staff.

    Suspend email content could be standard from h-sphere. We will have it checked.

    I think, this matter was resolved over the LiveChat.
