Account Suspended

My account has been supsended because of VPS memory usage fees in the amount of $1,183.20. I do not even use any VPS hosting accounts. I have noticed in the past that suspicious accounts have shown up with weird contact information and no billing information. I deleted the accounts. I believe it was one of those accounts that racked up the charges. I have sent two emails to resellersupport but have not gotten a response yet.

My clients and I can no longer use email or our websites. We need to get back up and running.

On earlier occasion, JodoHost Billing had promptly reversed this charge due to an erroneous in billing by psoft billing system.

System sends out many warning emails. Please contact JodoHost billing if you see these charges appear again. We however hope this will fixed fixed before next billing cycle.
 
I never received a single warning email... It would have been nice to address this before the suspension. Thanks for your support.
