Additional Invoice Error

Hello,

I believe I am receiving a similar billing error as previously mentioned. I am currently being billed for a Silver Windows plan, then additionally billed for an extra 3GB.

I understand that some customers have been affected by this problem. Is there a better way to notify you of the billing errors, or is this the most effective medium? Are you handling this on a case-by-case basis, or is there a planned time to have this billing errors corrected?

Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated.

There is a planned time to correct this billing error. Its just that planned time is being pushed further and further back because we first have to complete other restructuring tasks on our servers

Right now we are doing it on a case-by-case basis.
