Addon domain

How do I get one of my addon domains, or "domain pointers," set up in the control panel? And am I still able to manage the site using the FTP info for my main site?

Just go to Domain > Add Domain. You will see a new folder named after your domain in your FTP.

For the second part, yes yo will.

yes, go into the web control panel and click the domain under web options.

there at the bottom if enabled should be instant alias that url is a tempory one you can use

For some reason I can only view the index file for the temporary URL. This is all I see (the default JodoHost H-SPHERE page):
Web Utilities
WebShell3

DB Utilities
phpMyAdmin - Admin interface for MySQL
phpPgAdmin Admin interface for PostgreSQL

Change your POP3 password
Is there any reason why I can't view any of the other URLs on my site? For example, for files/directories that I try to go to I just get this standard 404 message:
Not Found
The requested URL /images/ was not found on this server.

Any change on Unix accounts can take upto 5 mins to reflect. Please contact support if your issue is still not resolved.

Ok, I think I found out what I was doing wrong. Under "Web Options" for my domain I had to edit the hosting parameters for "Server Configuration" and apply to have the server set up.
