why is that when I go to mydomainname.com my site comes up, but when I check www.mydomainname.com I get a "site not found" error?

I've noticed this for web sites before but have never gotten around to asking about it.

both www.mydomain.com and mydomain.com should open your website. www.mydomain.com is created as server alias of mydomain.com by default. If that isn't the case for you, open a ticket with us.
