ASP Componets

Which ASP componets are installed on the server? if I need one installed what is the process. Here are the componets i would like to use?
mail component(jmail preferably), file upload component(aspsmartupload preferably)

look on the plan description.. everything is there..

if you want a component installed, it has to be from a trusted company.. if it is, they might install it for you

JMail and ASPUpload (www.aspupload.com) are installed. I don't know what is Smart AspUpload but if you could point me to a URL I'd love to have a look
