ASP.Net Site times out after a minute of inactivity

    I have an issue with my site where it timing out (recompiling?) after a minute of inactivity. There is no such setting in h-Sphere to change the keep-alive or some sort of related setting. Is there something can be done?

    It similar to this issue, but my case it's 1 min instead of 20

    How do I open support ticket? When I do it from the h-sphere account the email goes to the reseller account?

    The helpdesk in hpshere goes to you if you have a reseller account.
