We lost connectivity of our servers at Level 3 due to above problem. It has been corrected now.
 
The BGP issue lasted for about 45 minutes. the BGP router is a heavy duty router that load-balances the connections between our tier-1 providers.
 
After the intial network issue was corrected, win5 was down for an additional 15 minutes due to a runaway DLL host process

We appologize for the inconvenience. However, the BGP issue was beyond our control
