Billing Discrepancy

I have deposited money three times in my domain account in last three weeks.

For every 10$ I deposit, I am being credited only 8.9 $.... a loss of 11% per transaction.

Why am I losing such a big amount?

(I am using my Credit Card and ccavenue for the payments.)
