Billing email lost, no response from billing department

  1. Billing,

    I've lost access to my billing address (hotmail) after a local crash. I need my bill resent. I contact [email protected] to no avail.

    My account: details:
    Reseller
    User: soundcompanies
    DNS: soundservers

    Please send my bill to [email protected] or [email protected] to prevent a service interuption.

    Tomarrow (30th) is an off day (Sunday). You are going to have your bill resent by Monday.

    Please wait till Monday and if there is any problem with billing, update here.

    Just login to your control panel and go to the Billing section to see your balance and invoices
  4. I was able to pay it from the control panel. Thanks for your help. I also changed my billing email.

    I guess I got a little confused due to the fact that I have several different logins for the reseller account. I was just used to paying from the email without thinking about the control panel.
