A large ISP in Canada has blacklisted email from our domain.

They complain that the nameserver is associated with AccelerateBiz Inc.

Here is the response from them:

Those IPs are blackholed because they are in AccelerateBiz IP space, and AccelerateBiz is a known abuse haven.

AccelerateBiz Inc. ACCELERATEBIZ-1-21 (NET-204-10-104-0-1) 204.10.104.0 - 204.10.111.255

JD NextGen ACCELERATEBIZ-JH-204-10-4 (NET-204-10-107-0-1) 204.10.107.0 - 204.10.107.255

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this as AccelerateBiz refuses to deal with the abuse originating from their network.

Please let me know what can be done about this.
 
We are properly SWIPed and should not be counted in their abuse, we are working on long term resolutions to this however.
