Cannot create Database/ Database user

hello,
I just signed up a reseller account and have been attempting to create a mssql login but each time i try to add one I get the message "Internal Error, Tech Support Was Notified". has anyone dealt with this and know a way around it?

This is a control panel error. CP cannot communicate properly with MSSQL3. We are working to correct this
