If you use your own domain server for outgoing mail (SMTP), authentication should be unchecked. (remove tick from 'Mi servidor requiere autenticacion')
If that doesn't work, most likely your ISP blocks port 25, which will stop you sending any email using that port unless it is their own SMTP server. You should use the ISP email account for outgoing mail. You must then recheck 'Mi servidor requiere autenticacion', and supply the logon details for that account in 'configuracion'.
Or, you could try changing the outgoing mail (SMTP) port to 587 (Propiedades/Servidores/Opcioes avanzadas/SMTP -> 587)
I believe JH still allow use of that port, and most ISPs don't block this one.
