Can't create a mailbox

[Burnt Out]

I just started my hosting here and evertime I try to create an email account at my domain I get this error message:

Failed to add Mailbox [email protected]
Internal Error, Tech Support Was Notified
AntiSpam [email protected] has been enabled
AntiVirus [email protected] has been enabled

I really wanted to setup the email accounts that I had with my last host before I miss too many emails. Can someone please help me with this???
