Can't receive mail, tried submitting ticket

Hello,
I cant receive any mail, I've been waiting from a few emails that were sent from clients and they have not arrived. I tried emailing my account from hotmail and an hour later it still has not arrived. Can you check this asap as I need to be getting these emails and sending emails out today. I tried submitting a ticket but did not receive a response. When I logged in to check the status of it, it was not there. I submitted another one and it dissapeared as well, it is neither in my open tickets or closed tickets section.

any help in this matter would be appreciated.
 
Are you sure you posted a ticket to jodo, not yourself - i.e in the create ticket link on one of your website control panels? Its easy to do - ask me how I know ;)
 
I posted it to Jodo, I can see previous postings to Jodo that were resolved but not the current one in either open or closed tickets......
 
It is just a delay on the mailserver, as the backup process was taking all the system resources, we corrected that and the queue is going down now.
