Can't see my tickets on reseller helpdesk

I can't see my tickets on the helpdesk, only 2 old ones, not even the ones I opened yesterday are showing...
 
There is an issue with the helpdesk software where closed or resolved tickets do not show after a particular date.

We are working to correct this with Cerberus. In the meantime, the system sends you all ticket responses via email
