Can't view any .cfm pages??

I have just signed up for a new account and am having problems with my .cfm pages. All of my html pages are fine, but when I try to visit any page ending with .cfm, it says the page cannot be found.

I even tried uploading a test page as .html, which I viewed fine. Then I changed the extension to .cfm and uploaded that to the server. Says the page cannot be found.. Is there something I need to do to "turn on" the coldfusion server or something?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Theres that setting that you can turn on to enable ColdFusion in web options in your admin page....but if that still doesnt work check to see if you're on the win1 server. Thats what they had me on at first and none of my .cfm pages worked...so then you need to submit a trouble ticket to be transfered to the coldfusion server (win2).
 
Could you tell me how you solved the problem? I'm using the developer version and having the same trouble.
