Centralized blacklist, is it possible?

I have a reseller account and administer 50+ domains, many of them very small. In time i have accumulate a huge list of spammer domains. Since the list is updated daily, is it possible to have a solution to have a centralized black list so to block for all domains at once ?
 
Such a list is not there. Are you sure these domains are not valid ones, with compromised mailboxes?
 
Unfortunately, they are valid domains and they are sending valid commercial offers without any respect to the law. Even confronted, they continue to do so. Typical situation: they buy a cd with email addresses, send 1-2 mails. If asked, they remove some addresses. But next month they buy another cd and the story goes on. Many of them are not computer literate to understand what they are doing and the common reaction is surprise: "C'mon, man, I just sent an email, what's the big deal..." I have received unsolicitated mails with 4MB presentations, so you make an ideea.
