CGI Script Trouble

I just joined jodahost yesterday. So far I am very pleased with the level of service I have recieved. I am having trouble getting CGI scripts to run. I enabled them by adding .cgi in the setup of my domain. I also added the folder they are in to the CGI Dirs section. Nothing is working and it did work on my previous server. Any help would be appreciated.
 
If KCWebMonkey's suggestion doesn't work, please open a ticket and we'll check it out immediately
