Change reseller DNS name?

Right now our main name servers use our company name. Is it possible to change that to another "branded" name server name?

Well you could move to our nameservers ;)

or you mean to change your reseller service domain as a whole the one that is used by hsphere for your client accounts for all means of access?
 
Change the whole deal. Right now we aren't doing any hosting per se - only internal and family sites - but are close to offering it to outside clients.

That may be easier to just make a new account honestly, changing the service domain is not an easy process.
 
How would that affect current sites which use the current branded name server?
Would they be down?
Would all data, emails, etc. have to be moved to the new reseller account?
 
This may be best discussed in private really, there are options for moving accounts on the same cluster but for best understanding it may take looking at your account with more details.
