Just as an update here, we have web2 down as it was noticed that some sites had 777 permissions and were being defaced, to prevent this from happening further it was taken offline and currently is being worked on to restore your files and access to sites.

777 permissions can be a very dangerous setting in your account and should be restricted to only subfolders with limited uploads/file types allowed.

web2 has a different file structure than other servers making restoring affected domains take longer than expected, but is still in progress.

Server is up and sites if not affected are up, and all even those affected by this due to permissions, are about 50% up and restored, the remaining is being restored as well.

All data that was defaced is restored at this point, we believe....if you see an issue come to chat or send a ticket.
